June 6, 2005again?Well, things here have been crazy here in a great way. I am going to be moving residences. I love the house that I am in however, my neighbors are moving. Due to this, it was discussed that I really need to be in a place where we don't have to worry about who is living next to us and who is privy to my private comings and goings. Also, pets are now not allowed in this place, even though they advertised at small pets ok. R and I want me to have the two pups and he will take the big dog. So, due to this, I started casually looking this weekend. In my area there are a few places available. Since I have time and am not in a rush to move I have been able to be very selective. On Sunday, I felt compelled to get the paper. There was an ad in the paper in my area (the newer part of it) and I was able to go check it out. Its perfect. Three bedrooms, large garage, hardwood floors. Plus, animals are allowed. AND they do the yard work!! Since this is the first time the house has been vacant in years they are going to be painting it too. Today was also the start of my new temp job. So far. Its not going to be difficult, its just going to be busy. I can't wait! I got quite a bit done today. I had to clean the desk which was the first thing I did. The last temp in the job left it gross and unorganized. I am also a public transport*tion girl these days. Parking downtown is expensive. I have put my name down for one garage and hopefully I get in at some point. I would like to be able to leave work and work out a bit before picking Cameron up. I was expecting to get some knitting done on the train in today BUT it was packed and raining. There was no way I was pulling it out. I have been doing lots lately though. I will really work on getting pictures (yet another running theme of this blog, the lack of pictures). I started a baby blanket out of granny squares last week in pink, blue and white. I have ordered some pink and lavender yarn from Rowan for another one for another of my mom's employees. Not lots has been going on, and yet lots has. Ya know? Posted by Morgan at 5:39 PM
